I’m actually doing fine without animal products and dairy. If I didn’t cook then I’d probably have a problem.
Living off greens, fruit, beans, nuts, and water. If I buy products they either have to have no salt or sugar included or very low of each. I am surprised since I was raised eating meat and dairy products. Realizing how unhealthy and cruel it is to eat those things it has become so much easier to adjust. I’ve been reading a lot of labels lately and it’s crazy how much stuff is hidden in each product. I ordered a vegan cake for my birthday tomorrow :)
